Things to Do in Biltmore Village

Historic Biltmore Villagethe restaurant and shopping district that surrounds the entrance to Biltmore Estatewas among the areas hit hardest by Hurricane Helene, and recovery here will take time. While some businesses are starting to reopen, many still face challenges as they work to restore their spaces and services.

Biltmore Estate will reopen its doors on Nov. 2 in a display of community resolve as Asheville and Western North Carolina continue their healing journey. As with the entire region, conditions vary by location across the 8,000-acre property. Biltmore House and the Conservatory, Winery, Gardens, and overnight properties received minimal or no damage from the storm, and significant efforts have been made to welcome back visitors in time for the holiday season.

We encourage visitors to check online status updates, call ahead, and confirm road conditions before planning a trip to this area. Your support—whether through thoughtful visits or shopping online at Love Asheville from Afar—makes a meaningful impact as Biltmore Village and its neighbors rebuild. Thank you for your patience and care during this time.
