A vibe all its own

West Asheville

Where anything goes and everyone is welcome! Just beyond Asheville's downtown, across from the French Broad River sits West Asheville - a neighborhood with a vibe all of its own. Anchored by the walkable two-and-a-half-mile-long Haywood Road corridor, this trendy neighborhood has enough eateries, coffee spots, stores, funky dives and things to do to fill an entire day and bring you back for more.  From local farm-to-table restaurants and quirky shops to bustling breweries and lively music venues, West Asheville is full of unique treasures and creative characters yet to be discovered.

Many of West Asheville’s eateries, breweries and shops along Haywood Road are open and thriving post-Hurricane Helene, having weathered the storm well.
