(1924-25) ~ Another romantic edifice drawn up by Ronald Greene, architect of a passel of great buildings in Asheville through the twenties, thirties and forties, including Longchamps Apartments, Claxton School and Stephens-Lee High School. Designed for prominent builder William H. Westall, this narrow Spanish Romanesque, eight-story office tower shared an elevator with the Jackson Building ~ making it important to develop good relations across the gap."
