This beautiful 1898 inn offers a perfect location - an easy walk to downtown Asheville, three miles from Biltmore and a five minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Each of the five guest rooms has unique art & antiques, without the frilly additions usually associated with Victoriana. The high ceilings, four fireplaces, original golden oak, and stained glass all serve to create an unforgettable experience. The Lion and the Rose Bed and Breakfast has five guest rooms. All rooms have private bathrooms and we can accommodate up to 12 people. There are two parlors, a large wraparound porch and backyard fire pit to enjoy. A guest pantry is available with light snacks, a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. We serve a gourmet breakfast daily and offer a complimentary pint of our own beer upon arrival.
If one party books the entire inn for at least two nights on weekdays (Sunday through Thursday, excluding October), we will offer a discounted rate.
