  • Eda Rhyne Distilling Co, is dedicated to producing exceptional small batch spirits that capture the creative, hardworking spirit of Southern Appalachia. We use rare heirloom corn varieties and regional grains to give our whiskey a uniquely Carolina flavor. Eda Rhyne also uses responsibly harvested organic botanicals, some wild crafted from the mountains surrounding Asheville, some grown on Owner/Distiller Rett Murphy’s own Aardvark Farm, to bring a unique farm to flask experience to all of our distinct spirits.

    Eda Rhyne Distilling Co. is located in the historic Biltmore Village neighborhood of Asheville, which is known for its historic architecture, shopping, craft breweries, restaurants and the legendary Biltmore House. Eda Rhyne Distilling Co. offers a fun and educational destination for anyone interested in high quality craft spirits. Now serving cocktails! Hours: Sun - Thurs 3pm-8pm, Fri & Sat 3pm-10pm.
