The Asheville region is a nature photographer’s dream with wildflowers, waterfalls, rivers, and beautiful forests. We're glad you're planning to visit!
Make the most of that visit by joining Susanna Euston to design your 1) Individual Training on Fundamentals (learn to use your camera and photograph WNC's beautiful features!) or 2) a group Design-Your-Own Photographic Artistry Workshop for you and up to five friends. You won't be locked into specific planned workshop dates, but can choose your own based on your travel plans! Classroom work will be on Zoom before you travel, then when you arrive we'll head into the field to apply what you've learned! A Zoom session will follow up the fieldwork to view images and receive feedback.
With either plan, you will gain skills that will take your image-making of these natural treasures to a new level. Available workshop themes (you choose which!) include Composition, Rivers & Waterfallls, Macro/Close-up (wild & domestic flowers), Abstract Techniques (Intentional Camera Movement, Multiple Exposure), and Infrared Photography. Visit her website for details and to request information.
